i had no motivation to workout today and ended up having probably one of my most successful workout sessions EVER! partly because a bunch of you helped motivate me (i’m so beyond grateful!) and also because I had fun with it.
I was watching my show and between commercials I would do sit-ups. sneakers tucked under the couch, I would do 10 at a time and rest, if i felt i could do more i would. in total i did 120 sit-ups — it was invigorating!!
